Sound Of Worship
I had a conversation with a friend the other day (its seems to be about relationships a lot lately hahahahahaha....) and I said to her: You see, for some of us it’s not a matter of a sexual urge or loneliness that we want to quech with a relationship, but it’s a male voice we are craving for. You see I was raised by a single mother and never had a relationship with my dad, in fact by the time he died he didnt know I existed. I grew up seeing him drunk in the streets, will greet him and he will ask 'o ngwana wa mang ngwanaka?' meaning whose child are you... So he had no influence or voice over my life, I didn’t have a brother either who I could atleast relate with. So I have never known what a man is because even the men I met growing up only wanted sex and thats all iv known a man is for. And I have grown up with this void for a male voice, so my desire for a man is not a matter of sex and loneliness, but a hunger, desire and desperation for a male voice.
You see, When God created man and woman, He had this in mind: that a child must have a male and a female voice in thier lives. With one missing and no substitute, there is a void in the soul that is created. This is why God made an insitute of marriage: of mother and father, that a child may have an influence of these two voices in thier lives. (This is also why the idea of same sex marriage is not from God or of God, but that a topic for another day)
Now when there is a void of a male voice in a lady's life, there is an instability that is created. This is the reason why girls that grow in single parents home without a father or mother tend to feel comfortable with older partners because they are looking for a father or mother figure.
Why do you think women can stay in abusive relationships, it’s not because they dont see that they are abused, but it’s a hunger and a desperation for a male voice. ... So, it’s not about loneliness, it’s a covering we are craving for. A male is more than a sex partner to women, its Godly covering, He stands in for God. That is why we need a generation that needs to be groomed and taught both thier roles and purpose and place in the society....
