Trish Waboraro is an inspirational writer and an author of four books; Worship Leader Manual Vol I and Worship Leader Manual Vol II which speaks on the spiritual and practical aspects of worship; Broken, which speaks on the issues of life and brokenness through life issues and challenges and Her Articles, a book that covers different issues of societal concern via the spiritual lenses.
Trish Waboraro’s writings are based on biblical truth and principles. Her writing continues to inspire persons of all ages and her motivational writings have inspired a lot of people.
Trish Waboraro is a worshipper at heart and by calling. She is a worship leader currently serving under Assembly of God in Gaborone, Botswana under the leadership of Bishop Raphael Tea Habibo. She has since started an initiative called Sound of Worship. Under Sound of Worship, Trish Waboraro trains praise and worship teams, together with the church on the spiritual and practical aspects of worship.
Recently Trish Waboraro recorded her first gospel single in October 2020 titled ‘I’m Still Here’ with Sound Hub Records in Gaborone, Botswana. This single was released together with its music video. She was inspired to write this song when she reflected on her life and all that she had survived when she was released from hospital after surviving a spontaneous lung collapse.
Trish Waboraro is a radio presenter formally engaged with UNAM Radio at the University of Namibia during her varsity days. She has further been a presenter at Rera Online Christian Radio hosting 3 shows being; Local Praise and Worship; this show gave coverage and platform to local gospel artists, It Is The Law; a show that covered topics of concern to society in relation to the law of the state and biblical Christian principles and the last show being With A Song; a show that captured worship sentiments through worship songs.
Further, Trish Waboraro has a 1 minute slot on RB2 national radio titled Worship Nuggets with Trish Waboraro on Sundays on Gospel 103 with One Lobaka Samuel where she gave worship tips.
Trish Waboraro is an aspiring television presenter and television talk show host. She is currently working on her own television talk show called C’mon Let’s Talk. This show covers conversations that are of concern and interest to the society and to the church and the community at large.
Trish Waboraro is also an event host and anchor; she specializes in hosting Christian events as the director of proceedings and master of ceremonies. She has hosted prestigious events such as Rera Online Christian Radio launch, Botswana Gospel Music Awards and Bishop Benjamin Dube concert hosted by GIA.
Through sharing her life experiences and testimonies, Trish Waboraro grew to be a motivational speaker speaking to the youth, young women and society t large, covering audiences from the church to the circular world. These speaking engagements have seen her grow to be a voice for the youth and women in the society. This has given her platform to speak to youth in schools through Scripture Union Botswana.
She has also engaged in speaking to youth/children living with HIV/Aids on platforms such at Baylor Children’s Clinic and SOS Village. She is also dedicated to the youth and young mothers in Stepping Stones International, a nonprofit organization that deals with vulnerable you and children and orphans.
Trish Waboraro has further branched to speak to audiences in the church, reaching out to the youth and even Women’s Ministries. She has also addressed issues such as relationships, destiny, carrier development, purpose and gender based violence.
Trish Waboraro is also a practicing attorney specializing in criminal law, currently employed by Attorney Generals Chambers under Directorate of Public Prosecutions as Prosecutions Counsel.
Trish Waboraro has been sitting on the National Board of Directors at Stepping Stones International and she now sits as the chairman of the Board. SSI is an international non-profit organization that deals with vulnerable children and orphans. Trish Waboraro is fully and actively engaged with the youth at this center through motivational speaking to the youth and young mothers on regular basis.
